This class is only 30mins long, but it's sure to leave your lower abs feeling tight and strong. Core fire is a class that I started working on in my physiotherapy practice in Dun Laoghaire with many physio patients and fine tuned after taking part in a functional core anatomy course through Immaculate Dissection (incredible physios and anatomists from the USA) founded by Dr. Kathy Dooley.
