I have been happily working away on some fun new content that will be up on the subscription platform very soon, so here's a little snippet of what's on the menu as well as a few small schedule changes.
Barre with Bands (and Prezzies!)
Pilates Barre Sculpt is now on the schedule at 8am on Monday mornings (no longer 6:30pm). I'll be teaching the class with a medium resistance theraband as well as weights from next week onwards, just to spice things up.
I have a HUGE stock of therabands and would LOVE to send you a band in the post as a little prezzie, so please do pop me an email with your postal address to christine.freedomphysio@gmail.com and I'll have it in the post this Saturday.
Desk Relief 3 part series
I'm so excited about this 3 part pre-recorded series, created for those of you who are sitting a lot and working very hard. The series consists of 3 x 30minute videos lovingly designed to destress and detangle the body. The first video focuses on the hips and lower body, the second on the neck & shoulders and the third on breath-work (my favourite!) Each vid has its own original acoustic guitar music composed my brother all the way in South Africa. This series is designed to whisk you away to your happy place.
Month- By-Month Pregnancy Pilates Series
I've begun recording a 9 part series for all of the glowing mammas-to-be out there. Each class is 45 minutes and will be set around the 9 months of pregnancy and will be based around supporting you at each stage of the journey. We will walk through each month together all the way from month 1 to month 9, encouraging each other every step of the way.
