60MINS

1 full length foam roller suggested. If the handstands are a bit scary, go for planks or inclined planks. Watch my 20min video below of kicking to handstand at the wall if you'd like a few more tips.

Class 2 is a bit more intense than class 1. If you don't have a foam roller at home you could use sliders or just do normal bodyweight lunges. For the core work, you could always do the foam roller set on the floor.
