Seated Side Bend

Welcome to the Prenatal Pilates Series

Let's make this journey unforgettable - together.

Once you've watched the intro video below, there are 9 specially crafted videos in total for you to enjoy. I've designed 3 videos for every trimester, with a special 25 minute relaxation class for month 9.

Props needed:

- 2 hand weights 0.1 -3kg's

- 1 med resistance band / old stretchy tights

- 2 blocks (upturned pots / books)

- 4 pillows / bolsters.

 

All classes can be done without props except for month 9 you'll need pillows.

 

Each trimester's content was created with care and I hope you'll find it's as unique as you and your pregnancy, which is why it's important to do what's best for you and your baby every step of the way and move intuitively with your body whether you're in class or out and about.

Once you've got the thumbs up for exercise from your doctor or gynaecologist then go ahead and jump right in. Remember, always listen to your body and your baby and stay hydrated.
